Kinvek Terms of Use
Kinvek is published by X3N LLC (“we”, “us”).

These are short terms of use for Kinvek, a free iOS workout logging app. By using Kinvek, you agree to these terms.
The app
Kinvek is provided free of charge, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Core logging works fully offline without an account. Sign in with Apple is required only if you choose to use partner features (inviting a kin, live sessions, sync).
Safety disclaimer
Training is at your own risk. Kinvek is a logging and planning tool — it is not a medical device, a personal trainer, or a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. Before starting any new training program, or if you have any pre-existing health condition, consult a doctor. You are solely responsible for judging what weight, volume, and intensity is safe for you. Kinvek's data (including PR estimates, e1RM calculations, and Kin Board comparisons) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical or fitness guidance tailored to you.
Your account and data
You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure, since it's how you sign in to partner features. You own the workout data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how we store, use, and let you delete it.
Training with a kin
When you link with a training partner, some of your data (display name, kin color, workout data from shared sessions, and self-relative progress comparisons) becomes visible to them. Don't invite someone you don't want to see that information, and remove a kin link at any time if you change your mind.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kinvek to harass a training partner, to submit false identity information to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to access another user's account or data. We may suspend or remove access for accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
Kinvek is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury from your training.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
